What the site is

AC Burleson is an information site and a phone number. It connects homeowners with independent heating and air conditioning contractors. It is not a contractor.

Dealings with contractors

Any agreement for work is between the homeowner and the contractor. The site is not a party to it, does not supervise the work and does not guarantee a result, a price or a schedule.

Information on the pages

Pages explain how equipment, licensing and local rules generally work. Rules and figures change, and the pages link the sources they came from. Check the source before you rely on a detail, and ask the contractor about your own equipment.

Acceptable use

Use the phone line for real home service needs. Calls placed to test the system, to reach a business or to harass anyone are not what the line is for.

Links to government and other outside pages are provided for reference. The site does not control those pages.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is not liable for losses that come from work a contractor performs or fails to perform, or from relying on the information on these pages.
