How thereferral line works
AC Burleson is a site and a phone number. The work itself is done by independent contractors that are not part of this site.
From dial to decision
You call
The number routes your call to an independent HVAC contractor that takes calls for your ZIP code.
The contractor answers
You describe the equipment, what it is doing and where the house is. They ask follow-up questions.
They explain the visit
Scope, scheduling, how pricing works and what to have ready. Any visit is arranged between you and the contractor.
You ask for the license number
Write it down and check it with TDLR. The guide shows how.
You decide
Book the visit or not. Nothing is booked until you agree to it with the contractor.
What this site does not do
- It does not send crews, own trucks or hold a license. Contractors on the line hold their own.
- It does not set prices, give estimates or guarantee work.
- It does not call you. The line takes inbound calls only.
- It does not collect personal details through forms. There is no form on this site.
The referral disclosure and the disclaimer say the same in more formal terms.
What to have ready

A few details save time on the call.
- The street address and ZIP code.
- The equipment type and approximate age, if you know it.
- What it is doing, and when it started.
- Whether anything has changed recently: a power outage, a new filter, a storm.
Call and get a contractor on the line
The number connects you with an independent HVAC contractor that serves your ZIP code. Early in the day usually leaves more room on a contractor's schedule.
